IDAHO FALLS — Leonardo Raya-Perez, 34, was arrested late Sunday, Nov. 29, after he passed out in the drive-thru of an Idaho Falls Jack in the Box.
Idaho Falls Police responded to the restaurant at 1458 West Broadway Street, after an employee called police around midnight and reported a man was passed out in the drive-thru, police spokeswomen Joelyn Hansen told EastIdahoNews.com.
Upon arriving, police found Raya-Perez passed out in his car and clearly intoxicated, Hansen said. Raya-Perez was arrested for felony DUI and his car was towed. Raya-Perez has two prior DUIs.
Raya-Perez was booked into the Bonneville County Jail is scheduled to appear in court Monday, Nov. 30.
Not bond has been set.
